How AI uses your data

When you analyze a goal or generate milestones and tasks, GoalCompass sends the relevant goal text and planning context to an AI model so it can return structured coaching output.

What is sent

• Goal title, category, description, and target date
• Existing milestone context when generating tasks
• Coach instructions you choose (for example, make more realistic)

What we aim to avoid

• We do not sell your goal content
• We ask models for structured planning help, not medical/legal/financial guarantees
• You remain in control: accept, edit, or regenerate plans before relying on them

Sensitive information

Goals may contain sensitive details. Enter only what you are comfortable storing and reviewing with AI assistance. You can delete goals or your account at any time.
