Why GoalCompass asks for Google access
Google Calendar sync is an optional Premium feature. When you choose to connect, GoalCompass requests limited Google account and Calendar access so your plan dates can appear on your calendar.
What we request
We ask for your Google account email (to identify the connected account) and Calendar access so we can create, update, and remove GoalCompass events, and confirm which calendar to use.
How we use it
We use that access only to sync selected goal, milestone, and task due dates to your Google Calendar—and to keep those events up to date when your plan changes. We do not use Google data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your control
Connecting is optional. You can sync on demand and disconnect Google Calendar anytime from Settings, which revokes GoalCompass access for future syncs.
